Dear Rebekah, I met you 5 years ago at your office in Crouch End when I made a new will. I am now updating it and in fact making a new one with Hillman Legal Partnerships.
However the point of this email is to tell you about the kindness of Nick who phoned me last week to arrange a telephone appointment.
Unfortunately he called me when I had just received some very frightening health concerns from my GP. He called me literally a few minutes after the GP and I was very distressed and in floods of tears.
Poor Nick (I had never spoken to him before) he received the full torrent of my upset. We did, through it all, manage to arrange an appointment for this week as I insisted the Will was very relevant.
Imagine my surprise when he called me at 4pm the same day to check on me and offer me words of comfort. He was so kind and caring. It really helped me on that difficult day. I spoke to a consultant at Whittington hospital this week and he reassured me that he is almost 95% certain that I do not have anything sinister. So good news!
I phoned Nick yesterday to tell him and he said that I put a smile on his face. I wanted you to know this little story about one of your Hillman Legal employees. I was so touched by his concern.
