Important information during the Coronvirus crisis.

We are still able to provide full services to our clients and those requiring inheritance and estate planning during this time.

Our legal consultants are operating via face-to-face meetings, video conferencing and telephone to take instructions for new clients, and those of you needing to update your Will.

Our Will drafter is working safely from home and is up to date, preparing Wills daily for our clients.

Our admin team is working either from home or partially from the office, producing documents and keeping up-to-date with our clients’ needs.

Our reception team are able to take your calls and our appointment bookers are working as normal.

The Probate Partnership is fully operational and our lawyers are working from home. Our meetings are dealt with via video conferencing and telephone, and with some delays we are still able to deal with the usual legal processes.

The Government bodies that we deal with daily such as HMRC , the Land Registry, and the Probate Registry are all operational. However, they have a backlog of work and are experiencing delays.

Our probate practitioners are able to deal with new cases as and when they occur, and provide advice to our clients and beneficiaries on a daily basis.
